CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS POLICY

Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment and No Show’s will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This covers the potential loss of income from the reserved time slot. A new deposit will be required for any future appointments.

More than 48 Hours in Advance: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment will result in your deposit being converted into credit. This credit can be used to reschedule your appointment at a later date.

This also applies for deposits and clients who are using a gift voucher.

 

DEPOSITS

The deposit is considered a booking fee and will be retained as a cancellation fee if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.  

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled, resulting in a full loss of deposit.

If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before the scheduled time, your deposit will be converted into credit, which can be applied to future bookings.

 

RESCHEDULING

If you reschedule your appointment more than FIVE times, your deposit will be forfeited. After this, a new deposit will be required to secure any future bookings.

Frequent rescheduling causes disruptions in our schedule and impacts our ability to serve other clients efficiently.

Alternative Option: If you need to reschedule multiple times, please contact us directly. We can cancel your appointment, retain your deposit as credit, and help you rebook once you are certain of your availability.

 

CONTRAINDICATIONS

It is vital that you review the appointment BEFORE CARE carefully when booking to ensure there are no contraindications to the treatment.  

If contraindications are discovered on the day of your appointment, and you have not followed the BEFORE CAREyour treatment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

If you have any concerns about contraindications, please contact us ahead of your appointment so we can discuss them.

 

LATE ARRIVAL

If you arrive more than *15 minutes* late, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

We understand that things can come up, so please keep us informed if you're running late. We may be able to adjust our schedule to accommodate you.

 

MOBILE PHONES

Mobile phones are allowed in the treatment room, but please refrain from using them during the session.  

For the sake of treatment effectiveness, we ask that your phone be kept by your side or stored in your bag.

CHILDREN

For safety and insurance reasons, children are not allowed in the room during your procedure.  

If a child is present during your appointment, the session will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Please arrange childcare prior to your visit.

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

All deposits and payments are STRICTLY non-refundable. If you have made full or partial payment for a service and change your mind, we have a 6-month holding period. All SERVICES purchases may be exchanged to another SERVICE. 

We are unable to transfer prepaid packages, credits or gift vouchers to another client.

We recommend our clients to bring a physical copy of their debit or credit card to avoid incurring high fees when using PayPass.

For all After Pay & Zip Pay purchases there is a 6% surcharge fee.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Please notify US before making any bookings if you are on any medications, are pregnant, a cancer patient or are undergoing ongoing medical treatment. A letter from your Doctor will be required to declare it is safe to undergo treatments.

 
AGE POLICY

Consent is required for Children and Teenagers under 18 years of age from a parent or guardian.

We CANNOT serve children under the age of 12.
